WELCOME! 

In this site I collect information (films, tips from coaches, articles, etc) that help me convert from traditional Ping Pong playing to using more modern Table Tennis techniques. I am not a very talented table tennis player and it takes me forever to replace an old habit with a new one, BUT I am stubborn and passionate. I also love the process of improvement. The benefits of this sport for my health, and for my life are so big, that I decided to make this website public.  I apologize for occasional mistakes. With time, and with your help, we will fix everything and make it a great resource for all of us. This is pretty much kind of like my personal note book and a treasure chest that you are welcome to share with me.

   2. Information from our Hendersonville, TN,  Table Tennis Club

   3. My personal experience, lessons and  progress as a table tennis player. As an artist I learn differently, so maybe people like me can benefit from my lessons and discoveries! I also applied many things I learned in ping pong to my life and my business and so I may share some thoughts.

   4. A library of videos and commercials I made together with my sons for table tennis and Robo Pong while Joe Newgarden was still alive. Joe was passionate about table tennis and his life-long dream was to bring table tennis to US schools. I know that having this website with our Hendersonville Table Tennis Club and with our films and videos would make him smile.
